Beautifully Made: Live Online
Join me weekly for a live drawing and painting classes. Students will learn an art technique, and then use that technique in their project. Small class sizes allow each student to get individualized attention, engage with me, ask questions, and get realtime feedback on their artwork.

Join me for Beautifully Made: Live Online Mondays this winter from 3:45 to 4:15 pm EST for drawing and painting lessons! These classes are perfect for students 8 and older (even adults are welcome!). Over the course of the year, we will cover the foundations of drawing and painting techniques. Students will learn how to work with many different mediums and create great art along the way! Within each class, I weave in my love for art history and appreciation too. Students will learn how to look at and understand the work of great artists and then incorporate that knowledge into their own artwork.
In January we will start the year watercolor painting. Students will learn how to mix colors, set up still like compositions, layer colors, and incorporate different techniques to create a realistic watercolor still like painting.
- When: Every Monday from 3:45 to 4:15 EST beginning January 6th

In February, students will work with acrylic paints. This is a wonderful medium that allows for lots of creative expression! Students will build on their knowledge of color theory, and learn how to create a range of values as they paint one to two different landscape paintings this month.

In March, students will combine techniques they have learn over the school year to create mixed media artwork! We will be using watercolor and acrylic techniques AND incorporate some printmaking techniques, collage, and pastel. It will be tons of fun!

Class Details
Once registration is complete...
- You will receive a confirmation notice
- Within 24 hours, your student will receive a welcome email, a zoom link for the month, a supply list, and a link to any downloads that are needed.
- Follow the zoom link to sign in for your next Beautifully Made: Live Online class!
- Each class includes an introduction to a drawing technique and project that uses that technique in the finished piece.
- Students are able to interact with me and get feedback on their technique as well as their final project. Students have the benefit of hearing feedback given to other students but I moderate all conversation and am the only one commenting on student work.
